Our Promise to You
We're so confident in our ability to help your business save money that we offer a Money-Back Guarantee for your first month of service. If we cannot identify potential savings that exceed your monthly subscription fee, we'll refund your payment in full.
How It Works
- Subscribe to our service (standard monthly fee: £29.98, or the promotional rate if applicable).
- Within 14 days of subscribing, provide us with your current supplier costs and expense information when requested. This may include copies of relevant documentation from your accounting package.
- Our team will analyse your expenses and identify potential savings opportunities.
- If we cannot demonstrate potential savings that exceed your monthly subscription fee, you are eligible for a full refund of your first month's payment.
Terms and Conditions
- You must provide all requested expense information within 14 days of subscribing to be eligible for the guarantee.
- The guarantee applies only to your first month's subscription fee.
- Implementation of our savings recommendations is at your discretion – the guarantee covers our ability to identify savings, not whether you choose to implement them.
- To claim your refund, you must email support@theacademy.world before your second monthly payment is processed.
- The refund amount will be equal to the amount you paid for your first month's subscription.
- The Money-Back Guarantee is limited to one claim per business entity.
Claim Process
If we have not identified potential savings exceeding your monthly fee, simply email support@theacademy.world with the subject line "Money-Back Guarantee Claim" before your second monthly payment is due. Include your account details and the date you subscribed. Our team will review your claim and process your refund within 5-10 business days if all conditions have been met.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
